- System troubleshooting and updates
- Port and connectivity services
Service availability depends on location, technician availability, and parts availability.
3. Pricing
Important: All prices mentioned are starting estimates only. Final price will be determined after diagnosis.

4. Warranty

- Warranty is void if TV is tampered with after our service
- Using third-party services (including ours) may void your manufacturer's warranty
5. Parts
- We use quality replacement parts
- Original manufacturer parts (OEM) may not always be available
- Compatible aftermarket parts of equivalent quality may be used
- We will inform you about the parts being used before service
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your TV and the issues
- Ensure safe access for our technicians (for home service)
- Be present during the service appointment
- Backup any Smart TV data before service (we are not responsible for data loss)
- Inform us of any pre-existing damage
7. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects
- Data loss during service
- Delays due to parts availability
- Damage from power surges or electrical issues after service
- Issues unrelated to the service we performed
8. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a service request before the technician arrives
- Diagnostic fees may apply if cancellation occurs after diagnosis
- No charges for cancellation before any work begins
